to Woodland View Pork and Bacon Farm. As a pork and bacon producer
we focus entirely on
producing high quality pork, bacon and ham products.
As a result there is minimal shrinkage when cooking and no white deposits
are exuded.
The Stock are a rare breed of British saddle back pig, which are not
force fed to ensure a better and natural flavour.
Woodland View meat was founded in October 1999 to retail our own meat.
The pigs go to a family-run inspected abattoir
facility, which is only 15 minutes away.
The Farm is situated in a beautiful valley, on the edge of the Blackdown
Hills, in Devon. |
